DHANURASAN or BOW POSE
TECHNIQUE
1.Lie down on your stomach facing floor .Fold both
legs and keep heels on hips .Join knees and paws togeather .
2.
Hold both legs from ankle potion with both hands
3.Inhale and lift the knees and thighs .Streach
them upwards. Now lift stomach,chest shoulders ,chin and head up as much as
possible . Shape of body is like bow.
4. Exhale and come down to original position
